I received some pushback on my 18-hour fast yesterday: “(It’s) terrible to be in a catabolic state for this long without nutrition…. it maximizes muscle degradation.” Narrator: “Just imagine if this 59-year-old had any clue about what he was doing.” 😂

@BiggestComeback If it says "keto" it's a hard pass for me. Big food just trying to cash in on the latest revelation about true good health.

This is something I might have tried a few years ago… looks delicious & the price isn’t bad… & the macros are reasonable… I passed. I’ve learned these simply don’t really help me in any way. Thoughts?
