Day 29: A platform I've been using to find exclusive LP deals is Liquidity Land. Its team negotiates with DeFi projects to secure boosted yields or points multipliers for its members. Right now, Liquidity Land is offering a stablecoin deal with a 27.5% APY target in partnership with ETH Strategy. Anyone can access it directly through @Liquidity_Land website. The 27.5% APY includes a 15–20% real yield, with the remainder paid in ETH Strategy's token at TGE. (at $100M expected FDV) The user funds from this deal are allocated to ETH Strategy's ESPN, a delta-neutral vault that generates yield by trading ETH options and harvesting ETH volatility premiums. In a way, just like Ethena executes a delta-neutral strategy using perps, the ETH Strategy does it using options. The only catch here is that you need to keep your funds deposited in this vault for minimum 3 months in order to get all rewards. This is just one example of a stablecoin deal available on Liquidity Land. Back in November last year, I was able to earn a 50% APR on USDC by locking funds in its curated deal for Portal to Bitcoin project for 90 days. Obviously, you need to research each opportunity closely as there's no such thing as a high risk-free yield in DeFi. But I recommend checking Liquidity Land's website from time to time as you may find some cool opportunities.
