@KusatVictoria @passportwaiting I did my sons renewl 9 sep, and still havnt heard a thing, still in processing. It's a joke!!!! Dont understand how other passports are getting accepted and printed when they are only just applying in the last few weeks.

@passportwaiting Child renewal applied for 31st Aug, been in progress since 13th Sept. I’ve called and DM’d customer services several times but still no change. Does anyone else have a similar timeline?

@passportwaiting Can anyone send me a complaints email or telephone number. I'm getting so angry, seeing people are receiving their passports back after only applying a few weeks ago, I'm still waiting from 10/9 to still be told its hasnt even been looked at

@HM_Passport Pls can someone help, I send my sons passport off for renewl & rec txt 10/9 to say you recieved it, after numerous phone calls trying to speak to someone I still havnt heard anything, we are due to travel 31/10 Plz can someone let me know if it's been processed yet
