Still waiting for a reply from @WorldNomads for my claim which I submitted in February 2025. We returned home early from our travels due to my father in law passing away - why are you giving us more stress?

@TK_HelpDesk It is not possible to contact the insurance company without a policy number. I have tried numerous times. Can you add insurance to my booking? That’s what I want to know.

@TurkishAirlines your website says I can add travel insurance after booking my flight with XCover but your sales team say it cannot be added. Please can you help?

@TK_HelpDesk I didn’t make a reservation change. Turkish Airlines changed out flight times.

@TK_HelpDesk My flights are booked with Turkish Airlines. The TK website advises that insurance can be added after booking but I have been unable to add and when I telephoned your sales office they said I cannot add it.

@passportwaiting Has anyone had any success speeding up their application by calling the passport office? I have called several times but am getting no where. Is there a different telephone number to the main one advertised on the website? Tia.

@natcat2011 @rlbbxx13 @passportwaiting I applied 31st Aug and my daughters renewal has been in process since 13th September. Im in Turkey and desperate to get home to see my family. Applied for my son’s on the same day and have received it back! It seems like there is no system.

@HM_Passport I sent a dm 2 days ago about my daughters passport renewal, I haven’t received a reply.
