The rich don’t like giving away their money “for free” to a human face asking for help. They’d rather use a 3rd party middleman who skims off the top for their own salary and uses 40% of that free money (donation to charity) to “pay bills” for the non-profit organization, so they can selfishly benefit from a tax write-off. The fatal flaw with this corrupted, nationally threatening, unconstitutional loan scam was the removal of uniform bankruptcy protections, which were called for unambiguously by the Founders, ahead of every right enumerated in the Bill of Rights. This death-causing, illegitimate loan scam also is in blatant violation of the Constitutional right to equal protection under the law. Federal student loan borrowers are not afforded equal protection under the federal bankruptcy laws. The bureaucrats at the Departments of Education, Justice, Treasury, lobbyists for the colleges and the lending industry know this full well. Frankly, they are stunned that they have been able to inflict this loan scam for as long as they have, and that they were able to corrupt our Congress into turning against the citizenry to such an extent. These are the facts: -75% of all borrowers are not paying nearly more than two years after repayments resumed. -85% of all borrowers were never going to be able to repay their loans according to The Chief Operating Officer of the lending program in 2018. -100% of all borrowers were NEVER informed that fundamental protections including bankruptcy, statutes of limitations, Fair Debt Collection Laws, Truth-in-Lending Laws, and even state usury laws are uniquely stripped from these loans. These universal, well proven omissions are sufficient to render these loans contracts null and void. -President Lyndon Johnson promised upon signing the HEA into law that the loans would be free of interest whereas $110 Billion in interest is now extracted from the States, rivaling or even exceeding major industries in most states. -Student loan debt in most states now exceeds the entire state budget of those states. -Citizens are now killing themselves, declaring war (literally) on the U.S. Government, and even committing heinous murders as a direct result of this unconstitutional debt. Every bureaucrat, public official, lobbyist, lending industry operative, college employee reading this is complicit in this national crime. There is blood on their hands. I strongly urge that the Department of Education IMMEDIATELY scrap the "new bankruptcy process", which usurped the power of bankruptcy judges to determine undue hardship and gave it to unelected bureaucrats and contractors at the Departments of Education and Justice. I further strongly urge the Department of Education to stop opposing student loan borrowers in bankruptcy proceedings. I urge the President and Congress to repeal 11 USC 523 a (8) and to implement a claw back strategy where the colleges reimburse the Treasury for discharges, with the wealthiest colleges paying the lion's share of this cost. I strongly urge the President to order the Department of Education to cancel all loan debt more than 25 years old. I strongly urge the President to immediately and indefinitely cease all lending operations, put the colleges on a reduced, direct budget until a constitutional, fair, rationally priced funding mechanism for colleges can be created by Congress and administered ethically. I also propose that criminal investigations into All Secretaries of Education and key Department of Education officials going back to 1991 be conducted, and that these people be held criminally responsible for any illegal inducements found to have been received by them or their family members. I urge similar investigations into key College, lending industry, congressional and other personnel who may have conducted illegal activities towards the end of inflicting this now-failed loan scam upon the citizenry. Shame on you people. Lending systems fail from time to time, sometimes spectacularly. This illegal loan scam is finished. It must not continue. The citizens should not feel any obligations to repay these loans. In fact, paying anything into this poisonous, loan scam is not only unwise for the vast majority of borrowers, it is extremely unpatriotic.

Student loan borrowers are facing wage garnishment and a total removal of the constitutional right of bankruptcy leading to a life of indentured servitude but the world’s richest oligarchs can use and abuse human life in the most depraved ways with zero consequences. Got it.
