@AvantiWestCoast Every time I book a train, it’s cancelled at the last minute or significantly delayed. Stop blaming ‘lack of staff’. Management, take responsibility! You’re normalising shockingly awful service at a premium. Refunds don’t fix it, we just want to arrive on time!
