Can you please explain @MercedesBenz my wife as been waiting 4 hours for recovery from the RAC.first call at 6pm this evening.This is shocking and unacceptable.Just had a call from my wifeThey will not be there for another hour!.#joke

It’s like waiting in A&E. Shame on you !!!.only at 10 pm was I asked after I’d called for the 3rd time was I waiting in a safe place !!!. From the day I purchased the car the whole experience has been appalling.
