@British_Airways I've been patient and waited. I was told 28 working days, which is today. Still not had any response since logging my claim on 18th June. ??

@British_Airways, what a joke ! Why am I still waiting for my compensation to be paid ? No communication or update. All 21 other members of my party have been paid within a week. Yet I'm still waiting? Terrible service from BA and funny, there are no direct numbers for complaint

Can you explain the process of dealing with cases/complaints, as clearly they are not being dealt with in time order of them being raised or cancelled flight ? A call from an agent would be appreciated !

@British_Airways Thank you for your response. High volumes, but I don't understand how the claim response works when group booking and others got response and paid within 5 days. I'm still waiting day 23 and nothing.
