Was supposed to be finishing some writing this evening, spending it in tornado shelter instead. On the bright side, there are no snakes.

I feel sorry for Erika being a widow. But just because she married Charlie didn't magically give her his talent and charisma. Erika is not very likeable. She comes across as a wife of a 1980s televangelist.
Carrie Prejean Boller@CarriePrejean1

Andrew, TPUSA is dead. Charlie was TPUSA. He was the brain, the passion, the life, and the only reason millions paid attention. The second he was murdered, TPUSA was killed as well. It would never survive without him, which is why I believe he was killed. Whoever killed Charlie knew they were killing TPUSA as well. The influence, and movement would be stopped. This was their motive. Now we’re watching staffers play dress-up like Charlie in a movement they didn’t build. Taking over the Charlie Kirk show is like Rush Limbaugh’s PR guy taking over his microphone and pretending nothing changed. It would be like a backstage staffer grabbing the mic and pretending to replace Michael Jackson. Nobody would buy it, and nobody buys this either. In fact, they are starting to loathe it. People aren’t stupid, they see right through it. You can inherit the desk Charlie sat at, the sponsors that donated, and the microphone, but you cannot inherit Charlie’s presence, passion, brains, or the connection Charlie had with his audience. What’s being sold now by TPUSA is a replica pretending to be the original. Same branding, same studio, same name, but no soul, no authenticity, and no Charlie. Please stop.

The irony of those who rode Trump’s coat-tails to post-Fox exile riches, or came out of nowhere by riding his jock like Candace, now turning on him is we are so early in his presidency they likely flipped way too early. He’s in the world’s most powerful office, barring Father Time, another two and a half years. And regardless of the outcome of the midterms, the base will be more unified behind him than ever before a year from now. If the midterms go poorly, nothing unites folks like an impeachment cause “they’re coming for my guy.” And if they defy the history and the polls and actually go well, folks are gonna rally around the MAGA flag even harder because Trump saved the GOP from itself again.

@Cernovich Are they age-coded? I understand Boomers being turned off, but I'm right, GenX and the videos are just more fun than US propaganda. Small guy wins battling the empire. It's hard to side with the empire.

Iran's lego videos are Red Green Alliance coded. One scene depicts the George Floyd situation. I've watched them all, they are high value, not made for MAGA people, the audience is the left and zoomers generally.

Good morning, X Patriots. Does anyone have a great movie or tv series that you can recommend that would be appropriate for a 12 year old boy? He's very into tech, but likes all genres. No animated stuff please unless you think it's 5⭐ quality and not to be missed. Old stuff is great; new stuff I'm not sure about... So much of it is garbage imo, but I'm willing to hear your opinions. Thank you!

@LostMyHats Thank you for this JD. I used to watch Steve's show every day. He was a warrior against the Covid insanity. Wrote two bestselling books about it. Now it's unwatchable. He has been bewitched.

"Rod Martin is one of the sharpest political minds in the conservative movement. I have watched him work. I have benefited from his thinking, and I do not say that as throat-clearing before a polite criticism. I mean it the way you mean it about a man whose judgment you have tested against hard problems and found reliable. I’ve also known Steve Deace. I grew to appreciate him and respect his judgment, and I've spoken alongside him when working to slay the beast of Marxism in the church. These are not credulous men. They are not men who arrived at their positions without reading the texts. They are not men who can be easily taken in. Watching men of that caliber defend the modern State of Israel with a fervor that no honest reading of the New Testament can sustain, absorbing and repeating Israeli government talking points with less critical scrutiny than they would apply to a Pfizer press release, papering over what should be obvious theological contradictions with a cheerfulness that does not resemble anything you would expect from men who once applied their minds seriously to hard questions. Something reached them. Something got past the defenses that good doctrine and clear thinking are supposed to provide, and whatever it was, it did not announce itself. It never does. That is the nature of the bewitching. That is what makes it so disorienting to watch, and so difficult to fight, and so recognizable to anyone who has read Galatians lately with eyes open. Paul was not writing about foolish people. He was writing about the Galatians, people he had personally taught, people who had received the Gospel with joy, people who had seen the Spirit move among them with enough power that Paul could appeal to their direct experience as evidence (3:2-5). These were not theological novices who had never thought carefully about grace and covenant and the sufficiency of Christ. They were exactly the kind of people you would expect to be immune to the particular swindle being run on them. And they were not immune. They went down like everyone else. Paul’s letter to the Galatians contains a strange phrase when he asks who had “bewitched” the people he loves. The Greek word he uses is baskainō, or “the evil eye,” an ancient term for a malevolent spiritual force that operates below the threshold of reason, and suckered them to believe that Jews retained blessings and promises outside of Christ. They should've known better, but had been supernaturally suckered. It’s worth noting that the nation currently casting a spell on American evangelicals sells the pagan hamsa (evil eye) amulet on every street corner, in every tourist market, from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and hangs from the stoop of nearly every Israeli home. Its imagery comes from the same ancient religion Paul references in Galatians. The hamsa, second only to the Star of David, is among the most recognizable symbols in Israel. And like the Star of David - originally claimed by Jewish mystics to ward of demons - they claim the hamsa will protect against spells and enchantments. Maybe those same bewitching spirits that Paul wondered if they had cast a spell on his Christian friends are still casting spells today. Given how biblically untenable Zionism truly is - believing we are supposed to support a nation-state that opposes and rejects our Savior - maybe there's still some spell-casting going on even today. Maybe our friends haven't simply lost their minds when it comes to Israel. Maybe they've been bewitched." Read more at Insight to Incite. Link in bio.

I don't know which angry boomer needs to hear this, but Gen Xers do know cursive. I know a lot of what happened back then was a wine cooler and Virginia Slim smoke fog of memory, but we did in fact have to learn cursive. And I will add we used it to forge your name on our permission slips when you were to hung over to sign them. Sincerely, Gen X

I have dug into @RealCandaceO's work over the years. She goes out over her skiis. She may have gotten some stuff wrong, but I have never caught her in what I would call a willful lie. She reminds me of @_whitneywebb: they assemble complex puzzles. Sometimes the picture is incomplete but few others do that. youtube.com/shorts/SCTALwW…

Update: I relied on this piece when I stated no incumbents were defeated in the legislature texastribune.org/2026/03/04/tex… Below is the info on two chairmen who lost their seats, so this is a positive development. A lot more to go in order to get a conservative majority, but still some momentum in the legislature .
Luke Macias@lukemaciastx

Two very moderate Texas House Republicans lost last night. Both Chairmen. @StanKitzmanTX & Cecil Bell. Both spent well over $1m (Stan closer to $2m) on their re-election efforts. Both had Trump’s endorsement. What a massive win for grassroots conservatives.

As always I only support military action anywhere, in any context, if it directly serves the interests of American citizens. It’s troubling that the arguments we’re hearing for this war in Iran, including from Trump himself, seem to revolve primarily around “bringing freedom to the Iranian people.” As Americans, the freedom of Iranians is not our responsibility. If a single American life is lost in the service of that goal, it will be a travesty. What nobody has even come close to sufficiently explaining is how this war will first and foremost directly benefit American citizens. That is a case that needed to have been made clearly and convincingly before this move, and it wasn’t. We’re also told how this will benefit Israel, and I’m sure it will. But Israel is not America. What does it do for America? How does it help us? That needs to be explained to us. And it isn’t “panicking” or demonstrating “disloyalty” to demand those very basic answers about how American tax money, and potentially American lives, are being spent. We hear about the danger of a nuclear Iran, but that’s odd because we were told that Iran’s nuclear capabilities had already been set back decades. We hear that this war will be over quickly and easily because Iran is powerless, which I hope and pray is the case, and maybe it will be. But that’s odd, too, because if Iran is such a paper tiger then how were they a danger to us in the first place? It seems hard to argue both that Iran is an existential threat to the United States and that we can topple them in 20 minutes with no casualties or negative downstream effects. Also the political calculation really matters here. A huge majority of American oppose this. That’s just a fact. If it costs Republicans in 26 and 28, then, no matter how things work out in Iran, it will not have been worth it. A free Iran at the cost of Democrat rule here at home is a bad deal. A free Iran for an unfree America would be just about the worst trade of the century. I’m praying for our great country today.
