Hi @TheO2 great to tell disabled people to go online for Florence & machine presale & q only to then find they have to phone to get tickets. And to rub salt into the wound get told while on hold ‘the best way to get access tickets is online’. All presale gone b4 got through 😞

Hey @SW_Help is it really ok for a guard to announce to the train that a delay is due to a disabled passenger needing assistance? Especially when the broken ramp was not the passenger’s fault?
