@Talk2Windstream Not a service issue. This is a service failure, considering last month's epic outage in our area.

@Windstream Got someone! Guess what? System down, they can't reference any bills or payments or make credits. Call back. Again.

@Windstream 44 mins. wasted time + last months days of outage + $$$$ in extra cell cost for 13 yo b/c no wifi = super angry mom.

@Windstream Nope. I can't even make it through the automated system any longer.

@Windstream On hold for 44 minutes (entire drive to work) after outages this past month. Never spoke to anyone. I want a credit. Now.
