On allegations of abuse and neglect. Obviously an attempt for the case worker to save face. PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!! I don't even know why they are doing this. They can't get away with this. They are NOT above the law.

All this took place on a Friday. I refused to let them take him and went into hiding for the weekend. That Monday we get in front of the judge. I explain the situation and won. NOW I have just received a letter not even a week later of a report made I was a perpetrator.

CPS came in tp my life when my temporary guardianship paper were due for renewal. A total of 10 hours between paperwork. CPS was calling me and demanding me to surrender my grandson. They wanted to detain him. They set a emergency court hearing for that Monday.
