On the phone with customer service, they want to give me a $5 credit for my trouble, but that won't feed us for a week. I will never use @Instacart again. There is no real @InstacartHelp. Still on hold to speak with a supervisor.

Ordered groceries through @Instacart early this afternoon, with an initial promised delivery time between 4 pm and 5 pm, only to be put off until after 10 pm. The order hasn't been shopped. Called them to cancel and they refunded the $, almost $200, available in 7 days.

My daughter is going through a rough time medically & needed me to deposit her own cash into her checking account. @Chase REFUSED to let me deposit CASH. They needed the account holder with ID in order to do that. My mind is blown! We're moving her account.
