This brings us to a new framework proposed by @sxysun1: 3EV. 3EV further categorizes forms of MEV based on value accrual and types of externalities. The 3 categories include Mafia, Moloch, and Monarch EV. Ideally, we want 100% Monarch with 0 Mafia or Moloch EV.
