@KitsuneroVT I have seen so many Artists here sitting on their high horses and think they are something special just because they make art. So many of them are delusional Fanatics. People need to be cautious if working with Artists.

Im gonna say something that’s about to make people mad, (because no one on here has nuance). Just because one artist refused to work with you, or maybe a handful of them.. Does not mean that you are no longer able to find another artist that wants to work with you. Or that you have to air that shit out for clout. I have been deemed problematic by people, yet here I am, still working with so many artists. Not being refused their services, because I am not actually a shitty person. Shocker. The problem isn’t the artist “community”, it is people dragging others down within the same group Just don’t work with the shitty ones. It’s that easy. Someone demanding an upcharge on a vtuber model for commercial use? Don’t work with them. Someone refusing to work with you because of their beliefs? Don’t work with them. Take your money elsewhere. There are MILLIONS of artists. The majority of them lovely people. Every place you go has bad eggs. Why are we shitting on artists as a whole?

Let me get this straight: A VTuber is publicly calling an artist “unprofessional” and claiming the artist “cost themselves a commission,” even though the artist politely declined the job after spotting a clear conflict of values. In reality, the artist acted professionally by refusing work they couldn’t support in good conscience, while the VTuber decided it was a good idea to air their grievances on Twitter.

@FangoriaVT In scenarios like these id 100% message the artist and get clarification. The licensing feature on VGen is also still relatively a new update, I'm not sure if all artists have properly implemented it onto their services

Some people rolling up to this tweet with some weird ass takes. If you want to force an artist to make art for you, whatever, enjoy your bad art that the artist didnt put any actual passion into. Not my wasted money.

Artists have the right to refuse service if they disagree with how their art will be perceived. If they dont agree with you or your ideals, they dont have to agree to do art because its "an opportunity". Some people value their morals and ideals more than your money.

Anonymity is a side benefit for those that prefer it, not a requirement. Block the vtubers out of context account if you're so mad about it.
