The replies are appalling. Women shouldn't serve on the judiciary if they're scared. She's too left, too right, "pick a lane," etc. Not to mention the attacks on her appearance. Really pathetic. ACB has served honorably. No one should go through this. Also, she looks great.

The case was remanded back to state court because the federal courts don’t have subject matter jurisdiction. What exactly did you want this appellate court to do? Sua sponte dismiss a case entirely? The federal courts don’t have jurisdiction to make that decision. Stupid.

The thing for me is I don't understand why people don't like dark evenings. Doing things while the sun is going down is so much better. Having more time while it's cooling down because the sun is setting is way better than the sun being up until 9 PM.

@ArmedBearCaucus This would be a fascinating revival of the 10th Amendment. IIRC the current Sunshine bill would force AZ and HI onto Daylight Savings Time. But theoretically the current way is only possible because it allows states the choice between ST and DT. A bill that requires them-

You have to wonder why there has been no market replacement for rightstuf though since Crunchyroll bought it. I'm willing to bet it just... Wasn't very profitable

Rightstuf was so significant because you can buy nearly every JP-related media on there ranging from anime, manga, live-action, and R18 works. Everything was also packaged with care and they often held deep sales. It was the one-stop hub for your otaku needs and its closure meant the fragmentation of all those media. And unfortunately, there really hasn't been a successor as good as it since.
