@DrAdrianBull After 13 years of service on CCU - I will likely be dismissed from ESHT for declining the vaccine whilst undergoing multiple attempts at IVF throughout the last few years. I feel sick to my stomach.

I still think enforced vaccination is a mistake and against the fundamental tenet of informed and free consent to any invasive treatment

@bt_uk I am devastated at your incompetence. We moved in May and you were unable to provide a service. We were without internet for months but @Plusnet came to the rescue. Today, despite us telling them NOT to intervene, @bt_uk have cancelled our perfect @Plusnet service….

@bt_uk We have just been told (11:18) by BT, that they incorrectly issued a ‘stop service’. My husband was so annoyed that he ended the call.

This leaves us once again without internet, and also hot water, since we have a smart Nest system. We were due to go on holiday this week, but our cat sitter will understandably not stay now. Actual tears of frustration @bt_uk. Please rescue us again @Plusnet

@officialcalor My husband managed to speak to someone who attempted to refund us, but instead, £65.48 has been debited AGAIN for the gas that we have never received. Advisors are telling us that we have been refunded. HSBC have confirmed that we have actually been debited again. What a mess 🤦‍♀️
