Micros have just become beatable.
CoinPoker@CoinPoker_OFF

Hi everyone, Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working on the next step for rewards on CoinPoker, with player input playing a key role in how we’ve built it. Your support on and off the tables has been overwhelming. Thank you for that. Today, we’re introducing CoinRewards, CoinPoker’s new rewards system. CoinRewards is designed with one clear goal in mind: to strive to offer some of the lowest effective rake in the industry, while rewarding the entire player pool and supporting a healthy, active ecosystem where games remain sustainable and beatable at every level. CoinRewards replaces the previous system, where rewards only benefited a small part of the player base. It runs automatically, with no opt-in required, and rewards players during play, across sessions, and after they finish playing. CoinRewards combines three core components: • CoinRaces CoinRaces has been upgraded to distribute $1,000,000 per week, with rewards paid out every 2 hours. The new format spreads rewards across more positions, meaning more players are getting paid consistently throughout the day. We rolled out the updated CoinRaces format ahead of this launch so players could experience it in real conditions. You can already review your results and see how much you’ve been earning from it, and we’d encourage you to take a look and share your feedback on how it can be improved further. • Infused Splash Pots With Infused Splash, CoinPoker is adding $500,000 per week on top of the existing Splash the Pot system. This turns it from a player-funded mechanic into a true rewards channel that plays out directly at the tables. That added value shows up in real time during gameplay, with Mega Splashes that can hit up to 1000 big blinds. • Daily Rewards A small but meaningful part of the overall rewards spend is a flat daily reward of 15% paid directly into your account on top of everything else. Together, these components are designed to reward all player segments and keep games running with strong participation across the board. One of our key priorities is our commitment to keeping the online poker dream alive. We support you in this journey and want to show that with our actions ➡️ We will continue to give at least 100%+ rewards back on microstakes. That means keeping the rewards system set up to distribute at least 100% of all fees straight back to the player pool. CoinPoker won’t take a cut and will keep adding extra money to the microstakes ecosystem. We want poker to grow, and for players at every level to have a real path to climb through the stakes. New players are the most important, and we want them to have a real shot, so we aim to be your partner in making this as easy as possible. We're also fully committed to supporting the high-stakes ecosystem for both action players and professionals. In April, CoinPoker will roll out High Stakes Poker Rewards. Similiar to before the launch, this unique rewards program is designed to benefit all players competing at $50/$100 and above, regardless of skill level. We are working closely with the Highstakes community and full details will be published on our website later this week. Pro battles will have minimal cost, and action players may receive over 100% back via custom rewards. If you are a player driving action, please reach out to our VIP team. We know that building a system like this is not a one-step process. And we will improve over time with your help. Finding the right balance across all stakes and player types requires continuous refinement, and we will keep adjusting where needed. Our priority is to make sure all players feel heard and valued, and that the system evolves in a way that is fair and sustainable. Your feedback is a key part of this. Please keep sharing your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns with us. We are listening closely, and your input will continue to shape how CoinRewards develops over time. Thank you for your continued support. The CoinPoker Team

Have you played such a splash pot yet?
CoinPoker@CoinPoker_OFF

10 days ago, we introduced Splash the Pot to AoF games to test the feature and gather initial input from players. Since then, we’ve been closely monitoring how it performs and how you interact with it and we got a lot of good feedback. Today, we’re ready to move into the next phase with the introduction of new Infused Splash Pots. 💰 CoinPoker will be adding $500,000 extra per week directly into Splash the Pot. This builds on top of the existing system and turns it into a true rewards layer within the game. For context, Splash the Pot works by triggering random drops directly into active hands. These drops come from a shared splash pool built through gameplay, where 100% of the pool of any splash contribution is returned to players. CoinPoker does not take any cut of it. With the addition of infusion, the system is no longer only driven by player contributions. CoinPoker is adding extra funds on top of the existing pool, so splashes now carry additional value that comes directly from us, and its a net positive for the players. In practice, this leads to bigger rewards appearing directly in-game, including Mega Splashes that can reach up to 1000 big blinds. Players can follow splash activity, pool performance, and results directly in the client at any time, with clear visibility into how the system is running. To make the system more balanced across the table, each splash will be split between the pot winner and the rest of the players involved. We’ve tested different ways to structure this split internally, but what percentage should go to the winner versus the rest of the table is something we want to shape together with the community. We’ve set up a poll in the first comment. We’d really appreciate your input. Your feedback is a key part of how we build and improve our rewards systems, and we’ll continue shaping this together with players. Thank you again for your continued support. The CoinPoker Team

@Choppodong1 Although I will say that if you play live low stakes, then stealing the blinds isn’t actually much of a thing. Of course I’ll still do it against tight opponents, but your win rate comes from value betting and betting big when you have it rather than stealing three bucks.

@Choppodong1 Whenever I ask a potential client how they got into Poker, the answer is that they saw Moneymaker and then got hooked.

Guess at what point YouTube decided that my video on poker strategy was considered content that is harmful and “risks serious physical harm.” Thanks again for stopping my video from reaching my viewers and not even bothering to tell me why.

@LivePokerGuideA It's probably a selection effect. Somebody who has already exhibited an ability to crush a strategy game is likely to be able to crush other strategy games. But counterfactual - if he'd never played chess, how different a poker player would he be? Not much imo.

Do you think being great at chess gives you a huge advantage at poker if you've never played poker before? I taught a US national chess master to crush live low stakes poker, and people are saying that's not a big thing because he already had the skills. Do you agree?

Weird session at 1/2 today: great table, super deep stacks, but I didn’t have a hand against any of the fish. I played my big pots exclusively vs a LAG pro, who’s an absolute crusher. I ran good against him though and finished almost £500 up.

Wow, so this sounds like more than 100% rakeback for cash players!
CoinPoker@CoinPoker_OFF

Dear Community, Thank you for your incredible participation over the past two weeks. The volume and trust you’ve shown are truly remarkable, and we sincerely appreciate it. From March 16 to March 31, we’ll continue giving 100% rakeback to players. We’ll also introduce new reward mechanics like leaderboards to gain community feedback & improve the product. For cash game players, we will distribute $1,000,000 per week via CoinRaces leaderboards. These leaderboards will be a core cash game reward going forward, and on top we will fill up everyones rakeback to 100% during these two weeks. We understand that this makes leaderboard competition feel somewhat redundant. However, we believe it’s the fairest solution for all players while we gather feedback on these new rewards. Tournament players will continue to recieve 100% daily rakeback directly to their accounts. Over the next two weeks, we’re going to work closely with the CoinPoker community to introduce new features and act on feedback. For example, we’ll be discussing how players would like “Infused Splash Pots” to work and how prizes should be distributed. More details will follow shortly. We are also adding: • Dedicated Bomb Pot Tables - Double boards and big pots from the start. • Cash Game Show Tables - Satisfy your curiosity in every hand. • Splash the Pot - as a reward function on All-In or Fold tables. Thank you again for the incredible support. Please keep sharing your feedback. We review everything closely and implement improvements as quickly as possible. The CoinPoker Team

@Choppodong1 The casino should fire the dealer. But as the player involved I’d need to tip a lot if I had missed it. 25% of my share (although I normally hate tipping)

“Mini” Bad Beat story…(and an ethics question at the end). I open QTo from CO and super passive BTN calls, as does SB. Flop AA6, I bet, both call, I’m clearly done. Below is the runout⤵️…but that’s not the story. SB leads river after turn checked through. BTN hemmed and hawed and finally called. No one thought anything of it. Pot slid to SB and dealer turned cards over and started sweeping them into the muck. Suddenly, he stops. He says “I think that was the mini bad beat (AAA88 beat, both using both cards). He flips the cards back over and spreads them back out. And asks.. Which was the kicker for the quads? We all say “the J.” He agrees and says that’s the mini bad beat. I don’t know shit about shit, but it all holds, security confirmed, we all congratulated the two ($500 each) and carried on. How much do you tip this hero of a dealer here?

@Choppodong1 I’ve held it in before as I was waiting for them to take a break 😂 And I normally break my fast at 1pm, but one time I waited until 3 because of a mega whale. The things we do in the name of the win rate…

Here's an underrated tip. You've done the work. You've found the players you want to be in all the pots with. Time your breaks with theirs. You almost can't afford to pee when they are seated. Jokes aside, keep yourself in the most profitable environment possible. What tips do you have for everyone?
