@Nithya_Shrii I noticed this many years ago. Companies that provide a yearly performance based bonus (using base salary + company + individual performance ratings) do that instead of a salary base increase. That way, they control the personnel costs year to year.

2-3% annual salary increases should be illegal. What am I supposed to do with this.
