I don’t know why as a 25-year-old woman I still feel embarrassed that I prefer pads over tampons when I’m on my period. Does anyone else feel this way? Can we end this stigma please? No period product shaming! Wear what you’re comfortable with! You’re not gross!

@bettymbeauchamp @SavLovesSwift Yeah, and I feel like there are more options now than there used to be (cups, period underwear, etc) so it should really be a personal choice and not cause any shame. For those of us that have a period, how we deal with it isn’t anyone’s business.
