Yet another mischief by @Flipkart, a customer @Rahulm53 ordered iPhone 16 through Flipkart on Sept 25th and Initially to be delivered on October 5th was postponed to October 11th and today is 29th October, yet there's no update on the delivery yet. Neither is flipkart providing refund nor is delivering the phone. This is why I better prefer offline with a little higher price paid and be safe. I know many got their phones, but majority didn't got it and flipkart cancelled the orders even at the last moment of delivery. This seems to be customers exploitation and bad tactics used to increase their sales, along with those non refundable fees which carries with every order! What the heck is offer handling fee? @techbharat Is there any way you can help in this matter? This has always been the case with flipkart doing these cheap tactics.

@flipkartsupport My iPhone 16 order from the Sep 25th BBD sale has been held at the same location since Oct 1st. It's been 19 days with no movement. I've called your team every day for the last 10 days, and I get the same "wait 24-48 hours" response
