My top tip of the day Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to your red onion pickles. I was dubious at first, but seriously, they are an absolute game changer

Not sure what I was thinking when I decided to make a chilli con carne on such a hot day but it hass to be said, it's one of my best ones to date 😋
