@AmazonUK are your delivery drivers allergic to actually knocking doors or ringing doorbells? Delivery last night, driver just threw package on front step and ran off, left parcel on full view of road. No wonder so many get stolen!

@AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply, but it’s been happening every delivery for the past 4 or 5 months. We’ve had 3 parcels stolen so far which you have refunded. I’ve raised it with online chat within the app many times and get assured that action will be taken each time but nothing changes.

@ConstableChaos Had similar, wife was rear ended, 3rd party admitted liability. Our insurer got car repaired but 3rd party insurer kept contacting my wife to try & let them sort it. We said our insurer handling. Then they wouldn’t pay, took taking 3rd party to court & two years & stress to sort!

Back in Feb neighbour reversed in our car, admitted fault & rang their insurer, also admitting liability Next day their insurer called us offering to 'arrange repairs for damage caused by their client' - we'd already sorted via our insurance Now they are refusing to pay out 🤷‍♂️
