Earlier today at approx 11am a pilot whale beached on Gwithian, It's around 3.5 metres long and seems to be coping....they're hoping to refloat it at high tide (20.30 hrs) 🤞 They have reflected the pilot whale, but it has become stranded again off Pedn olva in St Ives.

@SWWHelp I was told by my neighbour having called you to run my tap for an hour and you will reimburse… how do we guarantee this reimbursement? Also water is still brown

@GoPro Also it apparently now tells me this case is closed which is extremely odd!

@GoPro Have done that but you guys just don’t call back… as per the start of this thread if you read back… we are going in circles… terrible customer service!

@GoPro It makes no difference I have tried different browsers and private browsing… your web page has a glitch. Half way through entering address it goes back to Afghanistan. I need a customer service rep to contact me. I am going in circles

@GoPro Thank you the case is 14787860 I now got an email request to upload info and verify address but your web page has a glitch and won’t let me enter my address it keeps defaulting to Afghanistan and not allowing some fields to be added to to changed. 😭
