@LizzieAllott I would get there as early as you possibly can. We got there at 9:30 for a 12pm entry and we were up out the way in the top rows. When the assistant was handing out the tickets we were one of the last few to get some. I’d make it as early as possible for better seats

Anon post: HT for 1 year and really struggling to switch off. Emails followed up by texts from SBM and DHT (“have sent you x, y,z) texts from staff at 8 pm.

Even in the light of all Boris Johnson’s abuses of power, I still can’t help being flabbergasted that someone can be made a peer, able to influence our legislation for life, without anyone other than Johnson knowing what on Earth she’s done to deserve it. How can this be?

@BadlyParkedB14 Is the road wide enough for 2 buses to pull over and still let an ambulance or fire engine through? If it isn’t then the metal bollards are not viable.

Some cones have appeared along a stretch of the High Street and some outside Burger and Sauce appear to have already been moved. Here’s an idea: these cones but taller, thinner, made of metal and fixed in the ground - is there a word for something like that?

@lifeatthenest My daughter is a very able reader/writer. She didn’t finish and came home devastated. She has revised so many passed papers & was more than ready.

No details obviously but I felt that that reading paper was tricky. Designed to catch out rather than test reading ability. Plenty did not finish - a big jump up from The Parsnips. Sadly, the last text not too hard but so many didn’t get there 😖 #sats2023
