When I sold all my $LKMEX in February for 1M $LKMEX per $egld ppl gave me shit and said I was wrong.
When I bought back nine months later ppl giving me shit and telling me I'm wrong.
My favorite indicators are those "real-life" ones.

But things were changing fast with the huge amount of unlocked Mex coming on the market. Except a decrease in Mex buy pressure there were a lot of benefits of the lkmex trading ecosystem.

I didn't say lkmex exchange was ever wrong; but in fact did degrade the DEX ecosystem. Overall it allowed non-believers to exit $LKMEX early so net-positive i guess?

I am only laughing/pointing at the dev who claims he's shutting down shop b/c it's right for the ecosystem when in reality it's because they're being forced "out of business".

For the health of the ecosystem people need to buy Mex, not sell it. So we believe the changes done were needed and we are very ok with shutting down the Exchange.
It was a fun year !
And LKMex is finally sexy !!

The same users that were actually accumulating more LKMex were the ones dumping Mex and the price of the token. A very unfortunate spiral taking the price lower and lower that until now was negligible but becoming a serious threat with the unlocking that was coming

Did you expect me to give those from my own pocket ? Yes, 80% of chests are bellow the lkmex swap price, duh. I still need to sell a bunch to reach break-even.

@tzb_pnd @CircleCryptic 1/2 locked mex are funding a competition by taking a margin off every losing ticket. I was asked to review this by elrond community members, so I brought 10 tickets and gave my honest feedback. This was merely an exercise to stop other losing egld which they most likely will do.

@NFTnCryptoNerd @Zopack1 @ElrondNetwork You can buy and get 2.5 usd for 1. Nobody is a bandit here, it is basic market principle. The Mex burning on Mex is at this moment irrelevant. The volumes need to be 100x bigger to have an impact.

Those who hold their LKMEX as it turns into MEX a year later will be rewarded with full price and hopefully increased prices as the DEX use burns MEX creating scarcity.

I just don't get it...
$LKMEX is now almost 1/3 the price of $MEX on @ElrondNetwork. LKMEX is the same as MEX, just that you can't use it for 1 year from the date it was issued. I just don't get why folks are selling LKMEX at such a loss when patience rewards you in a year.

@LkmexExchange @Zopack1 @NFTnCryptoNerd @ElrondNetwork Yes. And likewise, buying pressure on LKMEX only takes away buying pressure for 🔓 $MEX unless fundamentals between the two change. This is the bigger problem. We need to incentivize buying of 🔓 $MEX to prevent this unhealthy trend.

What do we think the everyday Elrond Network/DEX participant did in response to that alteration? A bit of a subliminal messaging/directioning, no?
