Thank you to everyone who attended our cake sale and Tombola today. We managed to raise nearly £400 and we are still selling raffle tickets. The monies raised will help the Shared Decision Making Council install a Dementia corner within Loughborough Outpatients.

It's all about me - Our latest project is now in operation giving patients dignity when attending appointments. A form completed and handed in when they attend to allow us to adapt to any additional requirements.

I've received a surge of requests for support in setting up Shared Decision Making recently from different organisations, so I've decided to revive my blog to complement any 1:1s or the SDM Facilitator group. I love to see that SDM is growing in the UK shareddecisionmakingnetwork.com

So we have spent the weekend setting up our 1st staff foodbank - From 1st September all NHS staff will be able to use this facility at Loughborough Hospital. Hopefully one of many within the Community Hospitals @DanMatron @JudithSpiers @lynn_pilbrow @MattKendall17 @asda

We are in the process of setting up a food bank for NHS staff at Loughborough Hospital- We have just received a very generous donation from @asda. If this is successful we will be rolling the service out across the whole of our Community Hospitals. #notallheroswearcapes #ASDA
