@BigMaxGolf so my iq 360 trolley 2 year warranty ended on 19/4/23. The antisplay wire was defective/frayed & fell off 20/4/23. Thought I’d registered the extra 3 years warranty but told I didn’t 🤷‍♂️ then told I have to pay for the part by BMuk. Next purchase won’t be BM - avoid..

Currently on the ship, they refuse to honour fact their website going down stopped me buying Wi-Fi/excursions/fun passes in good time. My right to wait until kids passed their covid tests. THEY DONT CARE

@antonyparadiso @MSC_Cruises_UK Such a shame that items left in cabins on #MSC #Virtuosa aren’t safe. I left an item in my cabin on Saturday I know exactly where. Told the ship within 2 hours before new guests in the room I can assume it was stolen by a member of staff.
