@paddyblake2 Trialled a block of direct drilling for 5 years and then made the transition after seeing the benefits this system has to offer. The reminder was a straight swap from full inversion tillage to No-till.

@richardpayne94 @AHDB_Cereals @pgroresearch @SumoUKLTD Drilled some Vespa Winter Beans early last year and the frosts in early April really knocked them about. Having said that they came back ok and yielded very well. Not sure how they’d of coped if the frosts continued though. ❄️❌

The agronomist is not happy. I’ve planted some beans! #vespa @AHDB_Cereals @pgroresearch But the @SumoUKLTD DTS has done a splendid job, straight into some wheat stubble. Cheap as chips.
