In attendance were six of the seven jockeys that rode in the race: Graham Watters, Freddie Procter, Dan Nevin, Eric Poretz, Luke Carberry and Evan Dwan. Teddy Davies did not join the call. Following testimony from all six jockeys in attendance, the Stewards Advisory Committee ruled that each jockey was responsible for knowing and riding the correct course and is hereby fined $250 for going off the prescribed course before re-routing and continuing in the race. In the case of Teddy Davies, he is fined an additional $250 ($500 in total) for failure to attend or give notice of his absence for the hearing.
