Daniel Romary, a freshman from Lincoln, sweeps the 400 and 800 at @cunebulldogs meet. Just edges Logan Moravec in 800 in 2:06. Conrad Schroeder and Zack Jones round out top four in 800.

Officially a p-wolf!

NATIONAL CHAMPION: ELI CONNATSER, a Ozark Christian College freshman, won the NCCAA Division II Cross Country Race this past Saturday in Point Lookout, MO. His time was 26.51. He finished 27 seconds ahead of the second place runner and set a new OCC XC record.

We also have some runners who live near Mahoney golf course so if you want to meet them at their houses and go over with them just contact one of our captains from this season!

Hey rocket runners, remember the Big 10 meet is tomorrow at Mahoney and we want to get as many rockets there as we can, so make sure you wear your rocket xc gear!

Congratulations to our rockets on an amazing season!! An extra congrats to Hannah Ray for placing 6th in the girls class A race!! We are so proud of the efforts of all our runners today! Until next year!

Today is the day!! 🏃🏼‍♀️Good luck to our Rocket at State in Kearney! Hannah Ray and Kate Schoening run at 2:30 in the class A girls race. Daniel Romary and Tate Le race at 3:30 in the class A boys race!

Congrats to our varsity Rockets today at districts!! We had four Rockeys qualify for state!! Daniel Romary got 8th, Tate Le 12th, Kate Schoening 9th, and Hannah Ray 2nd!!

Thursday is our district meet at Pioneers Park!! We would really appreciate if you came to support and watch us go to state!! Girls run at 3 and boys at 4:30!!! @LNERowdies @RocketAthletics @lnehs

Holy cow great job today rockets at the HAC championships!! We had 27 lifetime PR’s on the state course! Super proud of everyone today! We had one medalist Kate Schoening in 15th! Overall it was a Great Day to be a Rocket!!🚀
