@henrymcmaster There is no State mandate for the main purpose of the state would then be required to enforce and that would be impossible. Gov McMaster has encourage every local city or municipalities to have a Mask Mandate because it’s easier to enforce; most have and numbers are way down.

It was a heartbreaking, but necessary, decision to restrict access to nursing homes, where some of our most vulnerable residents live. We know it has been a stressful and frustrating time for everyone. (1/2)
