@RAScott324 Usually lower fat. Dunno about that meal in particular. Some guts on GLPs aren't as happy with higher fat meals. They could also be referring to the fiber, since GLPs can increase constipation.

What exactly makes a food GLP-1 friendly? Are there foods that are GLP-1 hostile?
