This has genuinely been the craziest Q1’s I have ever had in my entire career & to be completely honest 👉 I have been DROWNING in work ever since January so here’s what I’m doing to prepare for Q2 👇 • hiring a team: editor, VA & a personal assistant (it’s been EXTREMELY HARD but it’s finally coming together) 😮‍💨 • building systems & ACTUAL SOP’s 💻 • Communicating openly & constantly with all of my retainer & repeat clients 🚀(because they are my priority) • Planning all of my socials 📲 I meant to do this in January because I assumed it would be slower. This has genuinely been one of the most refreshing months for me 👇✨ I decided that I wasn’t going to take on any new clients this month (I took 1 that I couldn’t say no to lol) but everything else has been all repeat clients & retainers. Moral of the story it’s so nice to wake up in the morning and have work done by 2pm 🌸 so much more time to work on my personal brand, prioritize relationships & not deal with BURNOUT for like the first month in 7 months 😭 Dw my books are open for April tho if ur a brand 😉 I just needed a quick restart 🫣

The quickest way to lose repeat clients and income is to overestimate your capacity. Clients should not be the recipients of your bad customer service simply because you overestimated your actual capacity. You need to plan with MARGIN in mind. Give yourself space and time between collaborations and bookings JUST IN CASE.
