Is there a more consistently excellent restaurant in Dublin than @UnoMasDublin? Over multiple visits, I’ve yet to have a dish that was anything but superb. Today’s winners were Squid a la Plancha and Wild Halibut with savoy cabbage, celeriac, hazelnut & chanterelles.
