@Loconavofficial I spoke to the customer care yesterday, they said to raise the ticket and the issue. I raised the ticket but still no one is listening. I am not able to call customer care and no one is giving any answer. I need VLTD certificate before time.

I had registered a complaint regarding GPS Device many times but still no solution is provided till yet, I haven't seen this type of support from any company except @Loconavofficial , they are neither replying to me nor contacting me & they marked the ticket as resolved.

Have thrown off the Loconav device with local help as the support person from Loconav did not come even after weeks of creating ticket , did not lift the calls. There is serious problem ban Loconav
