Please don't hate on the BN's involved. This is a years-long issue of NAT's pawning all quality issues and community backlash onto BN's, rather than using their leadership positions to actually nuke maps that deserve to be nuked. Can't believe I'm saying this but we need Loctav.

hello there. the bn management website on mappers guild website has exposed vetoer identities through its api despite vetoes were intended to be anonymous. up until ~10 hours ago any user could deanonymize every veto by cross referencing two publicly accessible api endpoints. since the hotfix is now in place, vetoer data is now nulled on api requests. but the cat is already out of the box. thank you for playing

I think this years #COE2024 was amazing because never mind who you are or what your connection to the game is, everyone was in contact and talked to each other. It felt like everything just fell in place on Saturday for me. I was very happy being able to talk to so many of you!🍀

@JennyDarukat @ratticus1 @egoshifted @OnosakiHito Most old people are not at the venue for the whole time anyways and rather use it as meeting point and then just swarm off to various other places, like restaurants, minigolf or cinema.

My main worry is how the experience will be as a retiree, not even just a casual anymore. I'd really be going only to see people but am really not a LAN or convention person otherwise so it feels like a gamble

@ephemeralis The fact that zenless immediately released worldwide across mobile, PC and console basically makes it ten times more likely to thrive compared to Dragalia, which was strictly mobile only and Nintendo even went the extra mile to make the use of emulators impossible

@ephemeralis Dragalia came with a whole different package of issues back then, though (the entire PR debacle in Japan, Nintendo hampering several development aspects, the lack of worldwide release, etc.)

I absolutely adore zenless but it fills me with a primordial fear of a repeat of dragalia lost's fate: an aesthetically and mechanically beautiful game brought to its knees under its own weight and ultimately slain by maintenance costs

for those "completionists" or "farmers" on osu! still tracking ranked score / unique beatmaps played, what are your favourite stats to track?
shoot me some proposals for how a metric like this should work. something like
sum(score / max_score) / score_count + ss/s/a totals
