The new Q4 2025 8-K excludes this info, intentionally I believe. They’ve continued to use ATM aggressively, I estimate we’re up to 1060M shares by now.

If you listen to the earnings call or read the transcript they’re no longer concerned about defending the current share price. If it doesn’t bounce and stays under $1 for a while, they’ll just do a reverse split.
