AI companies have no MOATs - they’re built in the smallest details. The biggest one, in my view, is the ability to understand user intent quickly and accurately. Built a Mario game in under 3 minutes. Deployed it on my phone in under 2. @LohitakshD thanks for this super recco @runable_hq @itsumeshk India to the 🚀🌎

I want to share some difficult news. I was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and I want you to hear it directly from me. Treatment is starting immediately and will include multiple strategies over the course of about a year. While I will be stepping back from some of my usual activities, I will continue to support SV Angel founders, who I love with a passion. SV Angel remains unchanged. Topher has made all of our investment decisions for the better part of the last decade, and Ronny joined as Managing Partner in 2024. They bring experience from nearly every major technology cycle in Silicon Valley and are now focused on partnering with founders building the future of AI. SV Angel has a deep, experienced team that remains fully focused on supporting exceptional founders. With a more focused and balanced schedule, I can prioritize treatments while helping SV Angel founders at inflection points like we always do! I’ve chosen not to share the specific type of cancer since I don't want speculation about my prognosis. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this. I am optimistic about my prognosis. I am fortunate to have the best/amazing team of UCSF doctors in San Francisco, and as you know, I never back down from a fight. Thank you for your support, it means a great deal to me.

Everyone stop scrolling: there is a team of undergrads in IIT Bombay building a semiconductor fab. Their goal is not to build commercially valuable products on day 1, but rather to build a culture of learning, growth, and innovation. Engineers studying semiconductors don't get to even touch a wafer today until they are doing post-grad work or they join industry. For a country that wants to be become self-reliant in the critical domain of semis, this is a travesty. We need our students to gain exposure and begin working with real tools and materials as soon as possible. This is what HackerFab is doing. They built their own light source by repurposing a commercial projector. They made plasma and RF sputters for metal deposition. They sent first years into the Mumbai street markets to procure sheet metal and make their own tube furnace. In the process, they learned so much about each individual tool and process in the supply chain. They even learned how to navigate the real world of vendors, suppliers, and logistics. But most crucially - they set a standard. The entire team at HackerFab is full of energy, agency, and ambition. They trust each other to get shit done, and they all push themselves to learn more than they ever thought they could. In just a few months, they can already produce chips with feature sizes of one micron. I have no doubt they will make better tools, processes, and transistors as they move forward. The best part of this is that they have already inspired other colleges to take up the journey - they are sharing their learnings and techniques so that students and hobbyists around the country can begin working with semis. I'm sure it won't be long before the ethos and capabilities sparked by HackerFab spring up across the country. This is they have my utmost respect, and they deserve support from the whole community. If you ever want to have the most inspiring, white-pilling day - just visit HackerFab at IIT B! Thank you @aryamman_bhatia, @shaashvats30, @jaibellare, and team @hackerfabindia!

our entire team @hackerfabindia appreciated the opportunity to invite @AaryamanVir and @RahulSanghi1 to our lab, showcasing progress on our semiconductor fabrication process. also a pleasure to give aaryaman one of the first cleanly patterned wafers from our litho(CD - 2um)

March 31, 2026. End of FY26. What a year. @OnFinance_ai A few things happened: 1.) We went from a handful of people in a room to 38 builders who show up every single day like it's Day 1. 2.) We now work with ~45 of India's largest financial institutions, names you see on billboards, stock tickers, and your banking apps. Their combined AUM/Market Cap? ~$783 Billion. Not a typo. 3.) We raised our Pre-A, backed by folks from Peak XV Partners, ex-OpenAI, CRED, Razorpay, and Groww. When people who've built generational companies back you, you know the problem you're solving is real. 4.) Our product suite quietly matured, multiple platforms, multiple personas, one mission. If you're in Indian BFSI and not talking to us yet, you probably will be in the next 12 months. 5.) We're also no longer just an India story. Southeast Asia. MENA. And soon, the US. Different markets, same conviction. 6.) Oh, and March was our best month all year. Poetic timing. 7.) We hosted our first hackathon. We broke things. We fixed them faster. We shipped. Grateful for a team that runs on grit, resilience, and an unreasonable amount of passion. FY27, we're coming. 🚀

Introducing Runable Sketch Some ideas live only in your head. You try to describe them. You try to explain the visuals. But it's never quite the same. Now you can simply draw a rough sketch and turn it into a pitch deck, landing page, or video ad. From imagination → reality. Try it today runable.com

300 AI creators posting daily for your brand. 1M views/day. CPM: $0.5 We started experimenting with this at @runable_hq 5 months ago. And honestly… we failed badly. The models weren’t good enough. Our workflow was broken. And we made one big mistake: We tried to rely 100% on AI. But things have changed. New models + a bit of engineering = this is now actually possible. Here’s the playbook we’re using: 1. Find a viral hook Everything starts here. A good hook can push a brand-new account to hundreds of thousands of views. One of our new accounts hit 270k views on the first video. On day 1. That single hook changed everything. 2. When something works → clone it Don’t overthink it. Study the winning video: • What audio is used • First frame • Caption style • Duration • Pacing Then create multiple variations immediately. When our first video worked, we made 5 more versions and posted them on different accounts and each account got 10k plus views on first video. 3. Build a hook discovery engine Now things get interesting. Take multiple viral hooks and distribute them across accounts. Each account becomes an experiment. Some hooks die. Some explode. The winners get replicated again. Repeat this loop forever. 4. Scaling to 300 creators This is where most people fail. Creating videos for 5 accounts is easy. But 300 accounts? Manual creation doesn’t work. So we built a small admin system using Runable. Then used Runable AI Canvas to generate 300 videos in parallel. The trick is writing prompts that enforce: • structure • pacing • hook style • overlays We even used Runable to generate a Python script that automatically adds text overlays to the videos. You can use any platform apart from Runable. Process is videos + text overlay. We also discovered a way to automate the uploading process on insta, tiktok and youtube which was the biggest blocker in our entire flow. Can't share that publicly here. But DM me if you're curious.
