@marisahoenig In short, try to limit your work to office hours only. Initially you may feel like not doing justice to your job but eventually you will find you are more productive.

@marisahoenig Over working is like an addiction. Once you are habituated, it is hard to get rid of. I am still trying :)). However, talking to my mentors has helped me. My manager too helped me with examples of how he manages his time better.

So true... Been there, done that; I know how thankless glue work can take up all your time. I still do it as I am passionate about what I am doing, but now I prioritize assigned tasks and learning before it.
