The shortage of referees across grassroots is so disappointing. Players and clubs need to do more to stop putting people off doing the most important job in the game. With no referees, we have no matches. Referees give up due to the abuse they get from players and managers.

2-2 draw. Last second screamer from @oscar19019657 for his first goal for the Bears to get the point. Lousky had lobbed the keeper to put us 1-0 up before we went 2-1 down. Deserved the point but could’ve lost it or even won it. The squad of 11 boys did extremely well. UTB
