@Pret -Subscription now cancelled. So av 3 coffees/day over 20 days in the month which for £35 up front cost. On new subscription when at full price its £10/month plus half coffee cost. So same coffee will cost me £109 on average for same coffee! #pretfail

@Pret You do understand how much competition you have on the high St? The coffee subscription was only thing that brought me into your stores. I can't eat your food too many allergens, not that it was good value. I'm another that will not be staying from September.

My proudest achievement in policing is to have a clean email account, no unread emails, all stored in their own files; and an empty general inbox. Sterile email accounts for the win.

@frec4medic The scheme was always a partnership between SJA & LAS for the past 15years. But they will now be running there own.

And that brings the London CFR scheme to an end. Watch this space for the new LAS version in next few months. Made many friends & got to save a few lives in the process.

SJA have withdrawn from the partnership. LAS changing a lot for now so we need to given them time to process and move everyone across to new scheme. So it will be at least a month before we can get back out there.

So tonight was my last shift wearing this uniform to respond as a CFR. SJA are no longer involved.. Watch this space for LAS scheme Hopefully back at It in a month or It's been a good run of ten years since I qualified... #CFR

Shift done. Celebrating the new year with a rare drink for me. Then off to bed. I'm loving the winter spice - warmed it is lovely.

Last night I attended UCL's Festival of Lights. #loveUCL I was supporting the UCL events team with some first aid cover.. It was a cold damp night but everyone seemed to have a fab time. [Plus no injuries 😉👍]

Today marks the 10 year anniversary of me qualifying as a CFR. The skills we have now have expanded and the training we have now is first class.. It's great to be able to support @Ldn_Ambulance for this long. #TeamLAS #CFR
