Some @asador44 cooking last night. Chuletón- 1kg of 100 day dry aged 10yr old Galician sirloin over @LondonLogCo holm oak. Asador charcoal peppers,chicory. No pic of the psb/asparagus/anchovy. Paired with @dominiofournier crianza. Wow,a classy Ribera indeed! perfect match 🔥🍷🥩
