The Ostler's Hut at Lincoln's Inn is the smallest individual historically-listed building in London. It dates from 1852 and was built to shelter the ostlers responsible for tending the horses of lawyers and visitors to Lincoln's Inn.

Battersea Power Station was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. It began producing electricity in 1935, originally with only two chimneys. It was expanded to its current size, beginning in 1944 and completed in 1955. It closed in 1983 and now a shopping and entertainment venue.

The magnificent interior of the Black Lion on Kilburn High Road takes your breath away. It is partly the work of Frederick T. Callcott, who was also responsible for much of the interior of the famous Black Friar pub near Blackfriars station.

Within the Andaz Hotel at Liverpool Street is the Grecian-style Masonic Temple, commissioned in 1912 by the Chairman of the Great Eastern Railway, himself a Freemason, as part of the company's new Great Eastern Hotel. For decades it was forgotten until rediscovered in the 1990s.
