I think before hiking anything else. We need to introduce subject ethics in medical collages of J&k. The person that wishes "foot" to his own community just for the sake of hiking his stipend can do anything unethical for the sake of money.

Do you even know ABC of Medicine ? ▪︎We Reach into GMCs by cracking India's one of the toughest Entrance. ▪︎ We grind our Ass day and Night During our MBBS period. ▪︎ We Sacrifice our Youth for this Degree : just to serve our Ungrateful , Toxic , Negative , illiterate , Primitive , K-Community. ▪︎ Majority of my Seniors in Final year have lost their charm on the faces , They have lost almost 70 percent of hair , They haven't seen life in these years , literally they are socially numb due to the Pressure of Medicine. ▪︎ During Internship : they treat us like animals : Interns get exploit by their Seniors : they face Mental Torture during this period. ▪︎ Some interns miss both lunch and Dinner due to overload of work culture. ▪︎ At the end of the day : The Government slaps them Hard on their faces by Giving them ₹ 12000 rupees for their work. ▪︎ Isiliyay mai Hamesha Bolta hoo : ke Kashmir mai Doctor banna Sab sai badi baiwakoofi hai : Loug , government ,Society , community even our own Medical Fraternity makes our life as Hell.

There are lakhs spent on your degrees out of state exchequer, you owe services to the people here. If someone deserves stipend in hospitals that are Nursing and paramedical interns, who are paid nothing. Before your hike, they should be given stipend !
