Headcanon: neither Chara nor Frisk know what day they were born, so Asgore decided that Chara's birthday would be the day they fell into the underground and Frisk just randomly proclaims a different day as their birthday each year

@LazyNick5 i feel bad for sans, who can perfectly read expressions, he looks at frisk and sometimes sees them act so different in their own body that the only explanation is that it's a whole different person there.

Chara slowly got more comfortable using the body they share with Frisk so from an exterior pov ppl just think Frisk can completely switch their mannerisms and personality on command for no good reason
