The Gap Between Knowing and Doing The article below is brilliant. But it misses one thing traders already know: Knowing that you should calculate expected value is not the same as actually doing it. Most traders don't fail because they don't understand Kelly Criterion. They fail because they never run the numbers. They see a trade that "feels right" and size 80% of the account on it. They watch someone successful and copy them without asking: "What is this person's actual edge?" They "trust their gut" when their gut has never been stress-tested against reality. MiroFish doesn't give you the answer to "what will happen." But it answers the harder question: "What are ALL the ways this could play out, and how likely is each one?" That's not prediction. That's clarity. The moment you see 500 simulations of a market move and realize: - 320 scenarios go in your favor - 180 go against you - In 80 of those, you get liquidated ...suddenly position sizing isn't theoretical anymore. Suddenly you can calculate: "I should risk 2% of my account, not 20%." That's not because MiroFish is always right. It's because you finally KNOW what you're doing instead of guessing. And that small difference - knowing vs guessing - compounds into the difference between blowing up and surviving. The traders who use tools like this don't win every trade. They just don't go broke. And over 500 trades, that's everything.
