A big thank you to @JoshuaRosenthal for speaking to my students at the School of Information Sciences @iSchoolUI yesterday and the Champaign Blockchain Meetup Group at @UIResearchPark today! I had folks interested in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Solana, and so many other protocols (as well as complete blockchain newbies) coming to hear about how the history of technological evolution in the Renaissance applies to the changes we are seeing in society today... and most importantly, how we can position ourselves for success in the new world by being open to innovation and collaboration!
