@asda back in October I tried to purchase 2 pumpkins from your Taunton store using my points. I changed them into £4.00 worth of vouchers. However, the system was down and we couldn’t use them that day. I was assured the vouchers would be credited to my account but they haven’t.

Very unhappy. Took the morning off work for delivery of wardrobe. No phone call received to give me the 1hr slot as promised. At 12.40 had message it had been delivered. After nearly an hour on hold to Customer Services found out it had been delivered to the wrong address.

@FinlakeResort arrived at 41 Cherry Tree Rise on 8/8/22. Found - food still in one of the cupboards, - the hot tub filthy - decking covered in old dead leaves. When checked, the hot tub had no chemicals. Today hot tub water green but no answer from reception. Avoid!!!

@IKEAUK appalling customer service from IKEA. I have been waiting for over a month for a resolution - they owe me £70). After phoning them again today,I was told it would be escalated but he couldn’t guarantee that I would get a call from a manager! How is that customer service?
