Here there is no specific time for brushing teeth. Brushing is practiced anytime regardless of whether you've eaten or not. No doubt that people here love their teeth like no other. We believe the beauty of a person begins from the mouth. I now recall that I had eaten ngakiria (roasted fermented sorghum floor) when I visited his relatives. You can imagine how I struggled to explain how a drop of ngakiria remained on my teeth. The insecurity situation in karamoja at the moment speaks in volume that Karamoja is under valued yet we are citizens as well for Uganda.... Government where are you????You disburse funds worth billions for an individual and underlook at a Majority.. @KagutaMuseveni
